Billing questions
When is my bill due?
Due dates are typically 30 days after activation, or on the 5th or 20th of the month. Your latest statement has your account’s due date.
When will my payment show?
QR Ph, GCash, Maya and bank transfers usually post in 5–15 minutes. Over-the-counter payments can take up to 24 hours.
